1. General
These terms apply to all orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Products
All products are homemade dairy items. As these are fresh food products, availability may vary. We reserve the right to adjust stock and pricing. All prices are shown in EUR and include 9% BTW (food VAT rate in the Netherlands).
3. Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment is received via Tikkie. We will send a Tikkie payment link to your registered WhatsApp number or email after you place your order. Orders not paid within 24 hours may be cancelled.
4. Payment
Payment is handled via Tikkie (ABN AMRO). This is a peer-to-peer payment request system widely used in the Netherlands. No credit card or business payment processing is involved.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the Netherlands. Delivery schedules may vary based on production. Fresh products are typically prepared and delivered within a few days of order confirmation. Delivery details and timing will be communicated via WhatsApp.
6. Cancellations & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted after delivery. Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins — contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
7. Liability
Our products are homemade and contain dairy ingredients. Please check for allergies before consuming. We are not liable for allergic reactions if product contents are clearly described.
